During this time, we have had to change the way that we work in order to support patients.
Thank you very much for following the current guidance issued by NHS England regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our aim is to look after your needs and this is our Current Service in line with NHS England guidance
If you need to bee seen by a GP or Nurse you may be asked to attend either Whiteley Practice or Jubilee Surgery for your appointment, This is in order to keep patients safely segregated from patients with COVID19 symptoms.
Please see the attached Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) to help you access care from the surgery during this period.
